Since moving to a pet-friendly area in Seattle, my parrot and I have been enjoying our new adventure together. Adopting a calm and gentle approach has made a significant difference for both of us, creating a serene atmosphere in our home. It’s fascinating to watch my parrot adjust to the lively sounds and sights around us, especially the neighborhood kids playing and the city’s vibrant energy.
Of course, this transition hasn’t been without its amusing moments. Just the other day, I momentarily turned away, and my parrot took it upon themselves to claim the curtain as their new favorite spot. It took quite a bit of creativity to coax them down without causing a scene! These little escapades are a delightful reminder of the joy and unpredictability that pets bring into our lives.
