Anyone Have Experience with Miami's Pet Grooming on Bird Road?

I’m looking for a reliable groomer for my pets after moving to the area, and I’ve come across Miami’s Pet Grooming on Bird Road. I’ve seen mixed reviews, and since I have three pets, it’s really important to me that they are well taken care of during their grooming sessions.

I’m particularly interested in how they handle anxious pets. I like groomers who use positive reinforcement, similar to my approach at home. Has anyone here had a good or bad experience with them? Do they accommodate special requests for training commands or behavior cues?

I’d really appreciate your feedback before I decide to make an appointment!

I haven’t been to Miami’s Pet Grooming, but I heard they’re pretty good with nervous pets. A friend of mine had her dog groomed there and said they took their time and used treats to keep him calm, which is awesome! You might want to call and ask them about the positive reinforcement stuff directly.

I’ve taken my anxious dog there, and they were pretty good about handling her quirks. Just make sure to mention any specific commands you use; they seemed open to that. Can’t speak for the service on the other pets though, but for my pup, they kept it low-stress.
