Can Kibble Change My Pet's Grooming Needs?

Since I switched my cat to a new kibble brand, I’ve noticed her coat is much softer and shinier. I’m curious if this change is common after a food switch. Has anyone else seen a difference in their pets’ grooming needs after changing their diet?

I feel like there might be a connection between what she eats and how often I need to groom her. I always try to make grooming a calm experience, and if her coat stays in good shape, I might not have to groom her as frequently. Has anyone else experienced a similar impact on their grooming routines? Also, what kibble do you think is best for promoting healthy fur?

I switched my dog to a grain-free kibble last year, and his coat got way softer too! I’ve also noticed I don’t have to brush him as often since the change. It feels like the right food really makes a difference. For kibble, I’ve had good luck with a brand that’s high in omega fatty acids.

Totally! I switched my dog to a grain-free kibble a while back, and his coat went from dull to shining. I noticed I brush him less often now too. I’ve heard foods with omega fatty acids really help with coat health, so maybe look for those in kibble!
