Keeping reptiles entertained can be a tough task, especially in a busy home. This year, I’ve experimented with various toys and accessories, but not all of them seem to capture my pets’ attention for long. It’s frustrating to spend money on items that don’t engage them.

I’m interested in hearing what others are using for reptile enrichment. Are there specific toys or activities that have worked well for you? I’m looking for options that can satisfy my reptiles’ instincts while fitting into my family’s lively routine.

What enrichment tools have you found to be the most effective for your reptiles, especially in a bustling environment? Any recommendations or tips on how to introduce new items to them?

For my gecko, I’ve had luck with those textured climbing surfaces and some hideouts made from natural materials. They love to explore, plus they’re usually pretty cheap. Just toss in some things that mimic their natural habitat and see what sticks; it’s all about trial and error!

Have you tried using puzzle feeders? My gecko really loved figuring out how to get treats out of one I found last month. It kept him busy for ages, and it’s great for their mental stimulation!
