Choosing the right toys for our cats can feel overwhelming with all the choices available. Since I’ve recently moved to a pet-friendly neighborhood, I’ve been looking for ways to keep my cat entertained and mentally stimulated. I’ve noticed that some toys are designed for physical exercise, while others focus on mental enrichment.
I went ahead and bought a variety of toys, including interactive puzzles, feather wands, and even some battery-operated ones. However, my cat seems to enjoy the cardboard boxes they came in more than the toys themselves! It makes me curious about how to choose the toys that will truly engage her.
