I’ve dealt with swim bladder issues before, and I found that soaking high-quality fish food in garlic helps a lot. It seems to encourage eating and can help with digestion. Also, keeping the water clean and at the right temperature is super important—those changes really made a difference for my goldfish. Hope this helps!

I went through this with my goldfish a while back. I found that fasting for a couple of days helped a ton, followed by giving peas (cooked and skinned) to clear things up. Definitely worth a shot before diving into more complicated treatments!
