Keeping pets entertained indoors can be quite a challenge, especially if you have multiple animals vying for attention. It’s tough to come up with engaging activities that don’t require constant supervision. DIY toys have been hit or miss for me, and I’m currently experimenting with homemade treat puzzles.

I’m curious to hear what strategies others have found effective for entertaining their pets. How do you keep boredom and mischief at bay? Do you have any favorite games or toys that have been a huge hit in your home? Let’s share some ideas!

For my dog, I’ve been doing this thing with a treat-stuffed Kong and freezing it. Keeps him busy for hours! Also, simple hide-and-seek works like a charm. Just hide somewhere and call them—they love the chase!

I’ve had luck with hide-and-seek; I hide treats around the house and let my dog sniff them out. It keeps him busy for a while, and it’s fun to watch him get all excited. Also, those laser pointers are a total blast if you’ve got a cat!
