What Does It Mean If My Rabbit's Eye is Watery?

I noticed my rabbit’s eye was watering last week, and it really caught me off guard. At first, I thought it might just be dust or maybe an allergy, but it didn’t go away, which made me start worrying about something more serious.

After doing some research, I found out that this could be due to minor issues like a blocked tear duct, or it could be linked to infections or dental problems. It’s hard to tell without a vet’s advice. Has anyone else experienced this with their rabbit? What did you find out, and how did you handle it?

I’ve dealt with watery eyes in my rabbit a while back. It turned out to be a blocked tear duct, but yeah, the vet said dental issues can cause that too. Definitely worth getting it checked out to be safe!

My rabbit had a similar issue a couple of months ago. Turned out it was just a blocked tear duct, but I still took her to the vet to be safe. Definitely better to get it checked out, just for peace of mind!
